Price and payment
All prices are in Pounds Sterling, including VAT, where applicable. Carriage is normally charged extra and is shown separately in the shopping cart and on invoices.
We accept payment by cheque and by most credit and debit cards except for American Express. Credit card processing is carried out on our behalf by HSBC, one of the World’s largest banking and financial services organisations. The transaction is processed on their secure server. Your personal card details are held securely by HSBC and are not divulged to us. On completion of the transaction, you are automatically returned to our web site. Payment will be taken immediately and prior to despatch. We will normally despatch goods the next working day, but in the event that we are unable to fulfil your order within fourteen days, you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
Please make cheques payable to ‘ Morethanpolish Ltd’, the owner of the Boatsheen business. We will await clearance before dispatch.
Products and specifications
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Product descriptions are given in good faith, are accurate at the time of publication and are updated as necessary, but we reserve the right to vary colours and update product designs. Measurements and weights are approximate. The products are only suitable for the uses described, any other use is the customers own responsibility.
Packaging and delivery
All products can be delivered to your door, normally within four working days in mainland UK, for one flat rate per order except where stated. Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, but for urgent deliveries please contact us. We also ship worldwide, please contact us for delivery charges.
Privacy and data protection
We will take reasonable care to keep your details secure, but we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to information you provide when using our web sites.
We do not have access to your credit card details for online orders which are processed by PayPal. Card processing for telephone orders is carried out through Opayo (formerly SagePay) .
We want you to be entirely satisfied and recommend us to others.
If you are not fully satisfied or have a query, please contact us immediately to give us an opportunity to rectify matters. You may cancel any order and return goods within 14 days of placing the order for a full refund of the purchase cost, subject to the following conditions:
- If goods have already been dispatched, you must contact us and follow our returns procedure.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging at your cost and at your risk.
- The refund excludes our delivery charge.
Any refund for a credit card transaction will be credited to the original card.
Damaged, lost or incorrect goods
If the goods delivered are not what you ordered, are damaged, defective or incomplete, you must inform us in writing or by email as soon as possible, and within seven working days of delivery. If you do not receive the goods ordered within 30 days of order we shall have no responsibility unless you notify us in writing of the problem within seven further working days.
Our total liability shall not exceed the price of the goods purchased from us.
Law and Severance
Our contract for sale of goods is made under English Law. If any part of these Terms & Conditions are deemed unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other parts of these Terms & Conditions will not be affected.
